Medical Appointments
Could you spare an hour to help transport someone to a medical appointment?
Helping Hands
Could you be the helping hands for someone that needs it?
Befriending
Could you spare some time to befriend someone in your community? Some people just need a friend to talk to.
Help may include
- Assistance with minor household jobs and repairs
- Gardening
- Lifts to medical appointments
- Collection of shopping, prescriptions or other essentials
- Support with using the internet
